For questions about whether we accept your insurance, call (803) 791-2300.

We will do our best to work closely with your insurance company. However, it is your responsibility to know the details of your health plan with regards to co-payments, deductibles, referral guidelines and what services are covered under your plan. If you have questions regarding your insurance plan coverage, please contact your insurance company.

Charges Not Covered by Insurance

You are responsible for paying all charges not covered by insurance (deductibles, co-pays, services deemed non-covered etc).

You will need to get any necessary approvals from your insurance company.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full the day of service, including co-payments, co-insurance and any other charges.If you don't have insurance or we do not accept your insurance plan, you will receive a 40% discount.

Ultimately, all charges are your responsibility.

Filing a Claim

We will file a claim for your care with your insurance carrier as long as we have complete billing information, and benefits are made payable to Lexington Medical Center.

We will only contact you about your claim if you owe a balance or we need your help obtaining payment from the insurance company.
